Ibiden 1Q FY2015 Net Income Up 3.5%

Japanese PCB maker Ibiden Co. Ltd has reported a net income of JPY74.276 billion ($598.95 million at $1:JPY124.01) for the first quarter ended 30 June 2015, up by 3.5% from the same period last year.
Operating income reached JPY3.758 billion ($30.3 million), surging by 77% from the first quarter of FY 2014, while ordinary income totaled JPY4.11 billion ($33.15 million), an increase of 33.2% year-on-year.
